Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Environmental Services or housekeeping management experience.
• Strong business acumen with focus on operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
• High commitment to customer service, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop Environmental Services associates to deliver high-quality service.
• Oversee the department’s financial performance, including monitoring expenses and productivity metrics.
• Develop and manage the department’s operating budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Coordinate housekeeping operations with clinical and non-clinical departments to support hospital operations.
• Maintain active communication with hospital administration and departmental leaders.
• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise daily EVS functions and workflows.
• Establish work standards and implement policies and procedures that promote efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting agencies.
• Support facility goals, performance improvement initiatives, and patient satisfaction outcomes.
