Job summary

Munson Healthcare in northern Michigan seeks a seasoned Environmental Services leader to build a world-class division across the system. You will provide system-wide leadership, ensure consistent service standards, regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence in EVS.

You will lead, coach, and support the EVS team, establish staffing priorities, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Environmental Services.
• Included in the 7 years, must be a minimum of 5 years of linen service, inventory control and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build a world class Environmental Services division across the system.
• Provide system-wide leadership, oversight, ensuring consistent service standards, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and support the EVS Team by establishing priorities, coordinating staffing and work schedules, sharing best practices, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the system.
• Develop and oversee system-wide attraction and retention plans for EVS to ensure success of operating model.
• Manage key vendor partnerships and contractual relationships.
