Job summary

Prisma Health in Greenville Memorial Hospital is seeking a dedicated systems engineer to design, build, configure, troubleshoot and integrate Windows server environments within the Prisma Health IT landscape. You will load patches, monitor performance, and support DRP and backup procedures to ensure service continuity.

Responsibilities include maintaining server systems and MS applications, gathering design specs, and releasing tested updates to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS or related field.
• Two years of server experience including Microsoft Server and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Designs, installs, upgrades, troubleshoots and maintains server systems and MS applications.
• Performs maintenance, monitoring and tuning to assure performance; assists Sr. System Engineers as needed.
• Documents procedures for maintenance and installation of server equipment.
• Resolves user problems; handles tier two and some tier three support; participates in on-call rotation.
• Supports budget-related details and contributes to DRP and backup procedures.
