Endsight is seeking a seasoned NOC/Platform Engineer to own HaloPSA administration and drive its go-live and ongoing growth. You will design dashboards, automate processes, and train the team to run HaloPSA efficiently across the Napa headquarters or US remote operations.

You will collaborate with Leadership to ensure smooth migrations, optimize platform workflows, and deliver measurable business value while maintaining Pacific-hours alignment and high service reliability.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of systems engineering or platform administration experience in an MSP or technical services environment.
• Experience administering a PSA or ticketing platform with workflows, automation rules, and reporting.
• Azure and Microsoft 365 administration experience, including enterprise apps and identity integrations.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and SQL knowledge for reporting and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for HaloPSA and guide platform administration and strategic improvements.
• Lead HaloPSA implementation from migration through go-live, ensuring a smooth transition from ConnectWise.
• Design dashboards, reporting, and operational metrics to improve visibility and business value.
• Develop standard work and documentation to reduce tribal knowledge and enable the NOC team to support HaloPSA consistently.
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements across HaloPSA and integrated platforms to reduce friction.
• Tackle escalations and solve complex platform-related issues across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with Development, Automation, and value streams to continuously improve platform workflows.

Purpose—What You'll Do

You’ll become the technical subject matter expert for HaloPSA as it becomes the backbone of how Endsight manages clients and operations. You're joining the implementation team through go-live, then taking ownership as the platform grows. You’ll own platform administration, process improvement, automation, and training the team to run HaloPSA efficiently and consistently.

Your days will include:

• Serving as the subject matter expert for HaloPSA, guiding the team through complex platform administration and strategic improvements
• Leading the HaloPSA implementation from migration through go-live, working closely with leadership to ensure a smooth transition from ConnectWise
• Designing dashboards, reporting, and operational metrics that improve visibility, compliance, and business value
• Developing standard work and documentation that reduces tribal knowledge and enables the entire NOC team to support HaloPSA consistently
• Identifying and implementing automation and process improvements across HaloPSA and integrated platforms to reduce operational friction
• Taking escalations and solving complex platform-related issues that span multiple teams
• Collaborating with Development, Automation, and all value streams to continuously improve platform workflows and organizational efficiency

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, platform administration, or infrastructure operations in an MSP or technical services environment
• Hands-on experience administering a PSA or ticketing platform (ConnectWise, HaloPSA, Autotask, or similar), including workflows, automation rules, and reporting
• Azure and Microsoft 365 administration experience, including enterprise applications, identity integrations, and partner delegated access
• Strong PowerShell or similar scripting experience, used routinely to automate platform operations and reporting
• Working knowledge of SQL for reporting and operational analytics
• Demonstrated ability to develop operational standards, processes, and documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and systems engineering skills with a process-oriented mindset

Preferred:

• Hands-on HaloPSA administration and configuration
• API and integration experience connecting RMM, documentation, accounting, and email tool
• Asset and configuration management experience (CMDB, asset lifecycle)
• HaloPSA certification or ITIL certification
• Experience leading platform migrations or go-live implementations
• Background reducing organizational dependency on tribal knowledge through repeatable processes and training programs
