Job summary

Culper Technology is seeking skilled System Engineers to join our growing team in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will oversee the design, integration and deployment of complex systems, collaborating closely with developers and customers to ensure successful delivery.

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and US citizenship are required. You will contribute to system requirements, documentation and validation, with opportunities for leadership in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in system requirements management.
• Contributing to system engineering documentation.
• Experience as Scrum Master for Agile software development.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Generate alternative system concepts and design solutions.
• Define methods and criteria for verifying system compliance.
• Develop system designs that meet requirements and perform functional analysis.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira and MS Office.
• Experience providing customer briefings and demos.

About the role

• Culper Technology is seeking skilled System Engineers at all experience levels to join our growing team. As a System Engineer, you will collaborate closely with developers and customers to oversee the design, development, integration and deployment of complex systems. An active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required to be considered for this role. Must be a US citizen.

105,000 - 260,000 USD per year (Annapolis Junction, MD)
