Job summary

OculusIT in the United States is seeking a Level 3 System Engineer with deep expertise across Windows and network technologies. The role serves as final escalation for complex incidents, owns RCA, and provides technical leadership across Microsoft and network environments.

You will administer Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, Active Directory, Hyper-V, and LAN/WAN infrastructure, with hands-on guidance to L1/L2 teams and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure reliable operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the L3 escalation point for infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Manage Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Hyper‑V virtualization platforms.
• Perform server patching, upgrades, security hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
• Design, implement, and support LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Manage switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless controller environments.
• Support firewall technologies such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco FTD.
• Perform RCA for recurring incidents and infrastructure outages.
• Create SOPs, architecture documentation, and operational procedures.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical leadership Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams for successful project delivery.
