Job summary

Role Description

The System Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chattanooga, TN, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s IT systems and infrastructure. Daily activities include monitoring system performance, managing servers and networked systems, and applying updates and patches to ensure reliability and security. The System Engineer will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide escalated technical support to internal users, and document system configurations and procedures. The role also involves participating in systems design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams on technology solutions that support manufacturing operations, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT processes and standards.
