Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Management, Healthcare Administration, or Nursing Administration.
• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in anesthesia services or closely related clinical environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage change in a complex healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships with organizational leaders and clinical providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the budget, financial performance, and operations of Anesthesia Services.
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant anesthesia care across the system.
• Lead and hold direct reports accountable for operational and performance goals.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to support anesthesia services broadly.
• Partner with the Anesthesia Medical Director to standardize and improve care delivery.
• Develop recruitment, workforce, and staffing strategies to ensure efficient anesthesia coverage.
