Job summary

Munson Healthcare in Michigan seeks a senior leader to direct Anesthesia and Perioperative Services across Munson Healthcare and contracted locations. You will oversee providers, testing centers, scheduling, and staffing to ensure high-quality, efficient care.

The role requires strong management experience in anesthesia services and a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred. You will drive standardization and collaboration with clinical leaders to improve care delivery system-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, or Nursing Administration.
• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in anesthesia services, surgical services, or a closely related clinical environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage change in a complex healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships with organizational leaders, physicians, and clinical providers.

This role directs Anesthesia and Perioperative Services operations across all Munson Healthcare and contracted locations. Additional Information
