• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in anesthesia services, surgical services, or a closely related clinical environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage change in a complex healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships with organizational leaders, physicians, and clinical providers.

Responsibilities

• Directs Anesthesia and Perioperative Services operations across Munson Healthcare and contracted locations.
• Oversees budget, financial performance, and operations of Anesthesia Services.
• Ensures high-quality, safe, and compliant anesthesia care across the system.
• Leads and holds direct reports accountable for operational and performance goals.
• Collaborates with clinical and operational leaders to support anesthesia services across procedural areas.
• Partners with the Anesthesia Medical Director to standardize and improve anesthesia care delivery.
• Develops recruitment, workforce, and staffing strategies to ensure efficient anesthesia coverage across the health system.

This role directs Anesthesia and Perioperative Services operations across all Munson Healthcare and contracted locations. Provides oversight of system anesthesia providers, Advanced Testing and Registration Centers. Leads system-wide standardization, best practice implementation, and coordinated anesthesia scheduling and staffing to ensure high-quality, efficient care.

What’s Required

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, with a concentration in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, or Nursing Administration.
• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in anesthesia services, surgical services, or a closely related clinical environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage change in a complex healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships with organizational leaders, physicians, and clinical providers.
