Job summary

Kaeser Compressors, Inc. in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking an Intern - System Design to contribute to small engineering projects within the Technical Department. The position is hourly, starting at $15/hour, with a flexible schedule and on-site work.

The selected intern will learn Kaeser processes and product lines, gain hands-on experience, and support management by proposing improvements to customer service and internal workflows while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Eager to learn and work with various Kaeser departments.
• Good communication skills/phone skills required.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Working with the assigned department to learn Kaeser's processes, product line, and general business practices.
• Providing suggestions to Management for improving customer service and internal processes.
• Learning internal software systems.
• Performing clerical duties such as data entry, filing, shredding, and other projects as assigned by the Manager.
• Professionally represent Kaeser at all times.
