Job summary

Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking a Branch Service Technician in Richmond, VA to install, maintain and repair customer compressed air equipment across the branch territory, including after-hours emergencies.

The successful candidate will analyze mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and controls subsystems to identify root causes and provide effective solutions, and will advise customers on maintenance intervals and possible system improvements. A valid driver’s license is required.

We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial service environment to fill the position of Service Technician for Richmond, VA and surrounding territories, to include Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover and Prince George counties.

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

• Professionally install, maintain and repair customer compressed air equipment in assigned branch territory, including after-hours emergency when necessary
• Systematically analyze mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and controls sub-systems to provide customers with root causes of problem and solutions to correct them
• Support customers with recommendation on maintenance intervals and system improvements

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include:

This is an hourly position, with a hiring range of $25- $35, to commensurate with experience.
