Job Title: Intune MDM Analyst / Systems Admin

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Tampa, FL

Work Authorization Requirement: U.S. Citizen (USC) or Green Card (GC) holders only

Position Objective:

The Intune MDM Analyst will support our clients team in migrating 10,000 devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and transitioning from SCCM to Intune. This role will involve hands-on Intune administration, configuration, and documentation creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Intune administration tasks and configurations.
• Assist in migrating policies, machines, and executing SCCM to Intune conversions and setups.
• Create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth execution of the migration process.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (% Breakdown):

• Documentation Creation – Developing knowledge transfer materials for support teams.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Intune administration and configuration.
• Experience migrating policies, machines, and supporting SCCM to Intune transitions.
• Experience developing knowledge transfer documents for support teams.
• Experience working in large-scale projects involving multiple steps, phases, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with an Intune implementation is a plus.
• Experience with light project coordination is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Intune administration and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM to Intune migrations.
• Proficiency in documenting technical processes and workflows.

Soft Skills:

• Strong follow-through to ensure task completion.
• Strong organizational skills.
