Cloud Systems Engineer

Teqconnect is seeking an experienced Cloud Systems Engineer to join our client, a global leading financial services organization based in the US. This role involves managing cloud-based infrastructures, migrations, and deployments, as well as troubleshooting and ensuring smooth integration between on-premise and cloud environments. This is a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cloud migrations, specifically transitioning from on-premise systems to Azure environments.
• Implement and manage Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Autopilot for seamless device and application management.
• Provide expert support for Exchange systems, including both on-premise and cloud-based solutions.
• Oversee file auditing solutions and ensure compliance with internal policies and security requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize cloud environments and manage system health.
• Design and build Exchange servers in Azure when needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a Systems Engineering role focused on Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, Autopilot).
• Proven experience with cloud migrations (on-prem to Azure).
• Strong experience managing Exchange (on-premise and cloud) and Windows Servers.
• Familiarity with file auditing solutions, ideally experience with network auditing tools like TWRIX.
• In-depth understanding of Azure architecture and related cloud technologies.
• Experience with Autopilot deployment and new system configurations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has worked with MSP environments and managed multiple cloud migrations.
• Has industry experience in financial services OR healthcare - nice to have.
