Job summary

The 20 LLC is a nationwide MSP and growth platform partnering with businesses and IT service providers to deliver world-class technology solutions and support. We are seeking a System Administrator who thrives on solving complex challenges and collaborating with teammates.

You will ensure our systems run smoothly, support internal teams and client environments, and contribute to an IT culture built on trust and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of IT administration experience.
• IT certifications in Microsoft or related fields are a plus.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V) and networking familiarity.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
• Strong knowledge of security, data protection, and disaster recovery practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and operate computer systems, servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Install and upgrade computer components and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with diagnostics and documentation.
• Provide documentation and technical specifications for IT infrastructure projects.
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support to resolve issues with minimal disruption.
• Travel onsite to client locations to provide hands-on technical support and implementations.
