IT Support & Systems Administrator | Networking & Infrastructure

We are looking for a technically strong, hands‑on IT professional to join our growing team and support a variety of business IT environments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving challenging technical problems, understanding how technology works, and continuously expanding their technical skills. We're looking for someone who can deliver excellent customer service while handling technical challenges across multiple client environments.

Previous MSP experience is strongly preferred and will be our top priority when evaluating candidates. We value someone who understands the pace and demands of supporting multiple businesses, managing competing priorities, and delivering consistent, professional IT support.

Technical Experience

• Systems Administration: Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, virtualization, file services, and backups.
• Windows & macOS: Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems, desktops, laptops, applications, and hardware.
• Google Workspace & Microsoft 365: Administration, email troubleshooting, identity management, permissions, and security.
• Networking & Infrastructure: Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless networks, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Devices & Security: Experience supporting iOS and Android devices, endpoint management, patching, and endpoint protection.
• Remote Support & Ticketing: Comfortable using ticketing systems and remote support tools, prioritizing tickets, documenting work, and managing multiple open issues.

Communication & Customer Service

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking directly with clients, asking the right questions, and explaining technical issues in clear, understandable language.
• Professional, patient, and confident when working with users of varying technical abilities.
• Able to manage client expectations, provide updates, and follow through on outstanding issues.
• Understands that technical ability and customer service are equally important.

The Person We're Looking For

• Preferably has professional MSP experience supporting multiple business clients and different IT environments.
• Can multitask, prioritize competing requests, and switch between client environments while staying organized.
• Can independently troubleshoot technical problems beyond basic help desk tasks.
• Takes ownership of issues and knows when to escalated.
• Is genuinely passionate about technology and motivated to keep learning.
• Personal projects, home labs, virtualization, networking experiments, scripting, or automation are a plus.
• Is local to the area and comfortable providing onsite support when needed.
