You’ll be hands-on with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, firewalls, and networking technologies while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to complex solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as an escalation point for Tier 1 engineers, resolving desktop, server, and network issues.
• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 tenants, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Perform Windows Server administration (2016–2022): AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file/print services.
• Configure and support firewalls, switches, and wireless solutions (SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Unifi).
• Contribute to project work such as server builds, migrations, Azure deployments, and network upgrades.
• Monitor systems and endpoints with RMM tools to proactively address performance and security issues

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a Managed Services Provider environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills, including migrations and tenant management.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments (2016–2022).
• Solid knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and core networking.
• Hands-on experience with firewall, switch, and wireless configurations.
• Familiarity with Azure AD/Entra ID and Intune endpoint management in hybrid setups.
• Experience using RMM and PSA tools (Kaseya, Datto, ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar)
