You will handle day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and resolve issues for a diverse set of devices and platforms. The role covers Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem resolution, system-dispatch coordination, and ongoing improvements to reliability and performance.

Formación

• 6–12 years of systems administration experience and IT support.
