Job summary

Reflexive Concepts, LLC in Maryland seeks a skilled System Administrator I to join our IT team. Qualifications

• Five years of SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required; five additional SA years may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier II (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
• Support IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
• Provide support for escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
• Perform system capacity analysis and planning to optimize system operations and resource utilization.
