Works as part of the IT team to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems in support of the entire organization. This person will improve hardware and software systems, resolve complex issues, and recommend resolutions which mitigate potential future problems. The role will require working on tasks which range from support of a single customer endpoint to troubleshooting systems through analysis of system logs, and additional responsibilities may be added over time. The right person must be flexible and willing to work on both short-term and long-term projects to tackle any assigned tasks. This position reports directly to the Associate Director, Network and Infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
