Job summary

Social Discovery Group (SDG) ищет специалиста по системному администрированию для мониторинга здоровья продуктов и инфраструктуры. Роль предполагает обработку инцидентов, выполнение базового устранения неполадок и участие в реагировании на крупные инциденты.

Работа полностью удаленная на полную ставку; предоставляется возможность обучаться и развивать навыки в международной команде. Требуется опыт с Linux, Zabbix, Grafana, Jira и Confluence, а также базовый уровень английского.

Qualifications

• 2+ года в системном администрировании, мониторинге, NOC/дежурные операции или техническая поддержка.
• Навыки работы с Linux CLI: SSH/VPN, навигация по хостам, выполнение Bash-скриптов.
• Опыт работы с Zabbix и Grafana на уровне пользователя (метрики, хосты, группы хостов, дашборды).
• Понимание основ мониторинга и умение работать с Jira и Confluence.
• Готовность к ротационному графику: 5/2 (8 часов) и 2/2 дневные/ночные смены.
• Уровень английского не ниже B1.

Responsibilities

• Контроль работоспособности продуктов и инфраструктуры, обработка входящих оповещений (150–250 за смену).
• Анализ предупреждений через Grafana, Zabbix и внутреннюю документацию, устранение проблемы или эскалация.
• Первично устранять неполадки в Linux и Windows серверах согласно Runbooks.
• Поддержка старших администраторов и участие в реагировании на крупные инциденты.
• После обучения занимать основную смену в команде, работающей в нескольких локациях.

Задачи

• Monitor the health of products and infrastructure and handle incoming alerts (150–250 per shift)
• Analyze alerts using Grafana dashboards, Zabbix metrics, and internal documentation, then fix the issue or elevate it
• Follow runbooks and instructions and do first-level troubleshooting on Linux and Windows servers
• Support the primary and senior duty administrators and join the response during major incidents
• Cover the primary duty shift on your own after onboarding, working with a team spread across several locations

• 2+ years in system administration, monitoring, NOC/duty operations, or technical support
• Confident Linux command-line skills: connecting over SSH/VPN, navigating hosts, running Bash scripts
• Hands-on experience with Zabbix and Grafana at user level (metrics, hosts, host groups, dashboards)
• Understanding of monitoring basics
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Readiness for a rotating schedule: standard 5/2 (8-hour shifts) and 2/2 day and night shifts when covering for the primary duty administrator
• English at B1 level or higher
• Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work
