Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Администрирование инфраструктуры Microsoft: AD, DNS, DHCP, PKI, GPO, и политики безопасности.
• Администрирование сервисов доступа: Atlassian, 1C/ERP, SQL серверы, мониторинг и резервное копирование.
• Поддержка VDI и терминальных ферм, обновление доменных служб и сертификатов.
• Разрешение инцидентов в рамках SLAs и участие в инфраструктурных проектах.
• Подготовка шагов внедрения, создание тестовых окружений и пилоты.
• Поддержка документации и инвентаризации в NetBox и Confluence.
• Участие в дежурной смене для обеспечения доступности систем.

Задачи:

• Administer the corporate Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority (PKI), and Group Policy
• Administer access platforms and their services, including Atlassian, the 1C/ERP application and SQL servers, monitoring, backup, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Support VDI and terminal server farms, administer domain services and certificates, and keep systems patched and documented
• Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
• Participate in infrastructure projects, including Active Directory domain migration, VDI farm replacement, application publishing and load-balancing stack replacement, Windows server upgrades, and legacy system decommissioning
• Prepare implementation steps, build test environments, and run pilots for infrastructure projects
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and inventory in NetBox and Confluence
• Participate in the on-call rotation to keep systems available

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience administering Microsoft and VDI infrastructure
• Hands‑on participation in at least one completed Active Directory domain or forest migration, including object migration between domains and forests with minimal downtime
• Production experience administering VDI or terminal access platforms
• Experience with multi-domain Active Directory, including domains, forests, trusts, replication, FSMO, DFS, GPO, delegation, Kerberos/NTLM, auditing, and deploying new domain controllers
• Experience with domain and forest migration using ADMT/PES, SID History, dependency inventory, and phased migration with minimal downtime
• Experience with DNS zones, forwarders, zone transfers, and split horizon
• Experience with AD CS, including templates, auto‑enrolment, revocation, renewal, and TLS lifecycle
• Experience with Citrix or alternative VDI platforms, deployment, golden images, troubleshooting, and Windows 11
• Experience building and operating Windows RDS farms, including Connection Broker, RD Gateway, Session Hosts, published apps, CAL, FSLogix, and MFA (Duo)
• Experience upgrading end‑of‑life Windows Servers to 2022/2025, WSUS and patching, file services, Veeam backup and restore, and addressing audit findings
• Linux experience with Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, and CentOS/RHEL, including system services and packages, users and access, logs, and troubleshooting
• Experience with nginx and HAProxy load balancing, reverse proxy, publishing, TLS termination, health checks, NLB, and keepalived/VRRP
• Experience with Hyper‑V and VMware ESXi, including VMs, host and datastore basics, and snapshots
• Experience with Google Workspace/GCP, including tenants, domains, groups, SSO/OAuth, domain‑wide delegation, administration and billing, GWS backup, and GCP projects
• Strong PowerShell skills for routine administration
• Clear communication and collaboration, problem‑solving, adaptability, critical thinking about legacy dependencies, attention to detail when planning production changes with rollback in mind, and customer focus
• Fluent Russian and English, at B1 (Intermediate) level or above, for written and spoken communication
