ProTech IT Solutions, a New Charter Technologies Company, is seeking a skilled System Administrator for an on-site role in Minnetonka, MN. The position supports clients both remotely and on-site, requiring proactive IT problem solving and strong teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ experience with Windows Server, Office 365, and networking, plus excellent communication. Salary is $80,000 per year with health benefits and 401(k) matching.

• Utilize RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise) for system monitoring and management.

• Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior staff and delegating tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications
