ProTech IT Solutions, a New Charter Technologies Company, is seeking a skilled System Administrator for an on-site role in Minnetonka, MN. The position supports clients both remotely and on-site, requiring proactive IT problem solving and strong teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ experience with Windows Server, Office 365, and networking, plus excellent communication. Salary is $80,000 per year with health benefits and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of networking and system administration.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
Reliable commute to White Plains or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

Deliver remote and on-site technical support to clients with professionalism and urgency.
Proactively monitor and maintain client systems to prevent downtime and improve performance.
Collaborate with clients to understand IT needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments and Windows 10 workstations.
Administer Office 365 environments including user management and email configurations.
Configure and support TCP/IP networking and secure connectivity.
Use ConnectWise and other RMM tools for monitoring and management.
Assist in cloud infrastructure support including Azure and AWS.
Document procedures and client interactions in ticketing systems.
Mentor junior staff and delegate tasks to foster team growth.
