Job summary

Skywalk Global in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a results-driven Data Center Services professional to manage our fleet of end-user devices—virtual, physical, and mobile—with emphasis on Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and automation for desktop environments.

The role requires a driven, independent thinker who excels at customer service and can work both autonomously and within a team to ensure reliable, secure device operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with related experience.
• Relevant industry certifications.
• 10 years’ experience managing Windows-based systems in a corporate environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support Data Center Services team in managing end-user devices (virtual, physical, and mobile).
• Focus on Intune and Configuration Manager to automate desktop deployments and maintenance.
• Ensure security, compliance, and user experience across devices.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize device management processes.
