Job summary

Talantir in Chantilly, VA seeks a Senior Windows Systems Engineer to support ingestion, cleansing, transformation, loading, and display of large data sets within a secure enterprise environment.

You will join a collaborative systems team focused on operations, security, and integration of hardware and software, while designing, implementing, and documenting Windows infrastructure and patch management. The role requires 7+ years of Windows experience and TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of Windows systems experience.
• Strong background in AD/LDAP/Centrify for domain management.
• Experience applying security patches in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and VB scripting.
• Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 and SCOM.

• Apply security and firmware patches promptly; assist in maintaining patch management strategies.
• Test and integrate new hardware and software components.
• Manage the lifecycle of operating systems.
• Design interfaces to external systems and maintain thorough documentation on system configurations and processes.

Desired Skills
