Job summary

Job description

Responsible for assisting in the planning, provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. Requires a minimum of five + years experience in information technology systems administration.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Configure, support and evaluate servers.
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Knowledge of Windows Server
• Knowledge of Desktop Virtualization (Citrix, VMware)
• Configure and support anti-virus software
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity practices
• Knowledge of operating systems and enterprise patch management
• Understanding of change management practices

Preferred qualifications:

• Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, EntraID, user identities, groups, permissions, and administrative access
• Experience working in healthcare
• Understanding of HIPAA and IT Security protocols
• Ability to work independently in a critical operational environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
