Job summary

AEP Hawaii is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain our IT infrastructure on Oahu. This hands-on role requires ownership of day-to-day operations and comfort with legacy Windows-based systems.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in systems administration or IT support, with Windows Server 2012/2016, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 expertise. Hawaii-based or relocating candidates are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a systems administration or IT support role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2012/2016) and Active Directory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related tools.
• Experience supporting multi-site or distributed environments is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
• Hawaii-based or relocating - local candidates strongly preferred.
