Job summary

Kokosing is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to modernize our identity platform across hybrid environments, enabling secure access for employees, applications, machine identities, and AI-enabled services. This role emphasizes governance, zero trust, and data-centric access controls to support cloud and AI-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IAM/identity security experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of MFA, conditional access, SSO/SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and modernize IAM architecture and governance.
• Support ABAC/Just-In-Time access models and role engineering.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and data teams to enable Zero Trust.
• Monitor IAM systems and troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues.
