Job summary

BayOne Solutions in Dallas is seeking an IT professional to manage Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019+ environments, including workstations, kiosks, and mobile devices. You will drive Intune deployment, OS image creation with Ghost, and support Azure/Entra ID, M365, and AD/GP/AD Connect to keep endpoints secure and performing.

The role emphasizes hands-on patching, vulnerability remediation, and 3rd-line escalation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows 11, Windows Server 2019+, workstations, kiosks, and mobile devices.
• Manage Microsoft Intune and create/maintain OS images using Ghost.
• Support Azure/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, and AD Connect.
• Perform patching, software deployment, and security vulnerability remediation.
• Provide Level 3 escalation and advanced break/fix support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, servers, endpoints, and virtual environments.
• Maintain documentation and support IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience with PowerShell Scripting
