Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is hiring a System Administrator to support the Accounts Management team at NWS Crane in Crane, Indiana.

The role focuses on maintaining secure access to the RDT&E network through user account administration, identity and access management, and onboarding/offboarding activities. You will collaborate with users, technical teams, security personnel, and government stakeholders to process SAARs, manage privileged access, issue tokens, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Active Interim Secret clearance or higher required to start.
• 3-5 years of IT experience supporting a service desk, account management, system administration, or identity and access management team.
• Current DoD 8570.01-compliant IAT Level II or III certification is required.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
• Strong customer service, attention to detail, and ability to improve processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a DoD or Navy support environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access for NWS Crane
• Support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding activities
• Process SAARs (System Authorization Access Requests)
• Manage Privileged-Level Access Agreements and related documentation
• Issue authentication tokens and reset PINs
• Troubleshoot account and access issues using Active Directory

• Familiarity with Navy identity-management processes or systems

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $65,000 to $80,000 (annually).
