Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking a System Administrator to support IT systems, troubleshoot, and maintain infrastructure. The role requires Top-Secret/SCI clearance, extensive SA experience, and collaboration with development teams to optimize deployments. Strong Linux skills and CI/CD automation are essential.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $175,000 to $225,000, depending on education and experience. This position is on-site and requires a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years' experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance required; no sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; five additional SA years may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment strategies and resolve environment-related issues.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Ensure system security through firewalls, antivirus tools, and access controls.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systems.
