Qualifications

• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and using system security tools.
• Focus on container security, virtual machine security, and security boundary enforcement.
• Ability to configure and report on security tooling and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support for IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across client/server/storage/network devices and systems.
• Coordinate with management and customers to communicate status and progress.
