Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking a System Administrator to join the Secure the Enterprise initiative. The role focuses on automating security evaluations, ongoing monitoring, and data gathering across project life cycles. Strong Linux expertise and prior Sys Admin experience are essential for success.

Ideal candidates will work with Ansible, Kubernetes, and cloud tooling while supporting customer needs and DevOps processes. Partial telework may be available, with a Top-Secret/SCI clearance requirement.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform typical Sys Admin tasks including server certificate life cycle, VM health monitoring, and software updates via YUM repos.
• Manage production Linux VMs, standalone and Kubernetes-clustered across hosting platforms.
• Collaborate with customers and development teams to support product needs, including changes and new cluster builds.
• Perform DevOps tasks using Ansible playbooks and monitor Kubernetes clusters via Rancher or kubectl to ensure health.
