Nellson LLC in Ontario, California, is seeking a Mixer / Syrup Operator for the BAR Division. The role involves operating syrup mixing equipment, blending dry ingredients with syrup, weighing and batching ingredients to meet product specs, and supporting both syrup and mixing processes as assigned.

Shift hours are 3pm to 3:30am with weekend availability required. The position emphasizes safety, quality procedures, and accurate production records in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or mixing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform batching and ingredient handling accurately.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team depending on process area.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Operate syrup mixing equipment to prepare liquid ingredients used in production.
• Operate mixing equipment to combine dry ingredients and syrup to produce dough or cereal blends.
• Perform batching activities including weighing, measuring, and verifying ingredients.
• Work independently in syrup mixing areas or as part of a team in dry mixing operations.
• Ensure proper sequence and accuracy of ingredient addition during batching processes.
• Monitor mixing processes to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Perform basic equipment setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain accurate production and batching records.
• Follow all safety, quality, and food manufacturing procedures.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to meet sanitation standards.
• Support cross-functional production operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
