Job summary

Shift hours are 3pm to 3:30am with weekend availability required. Previous packaging or wrapping experience is a plus, and a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.
• Experience with packaging or wrapping equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate wrapper machines to package bars into foil or primary packaging.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor wrapping equipment for quality and efficiency.
• Ensure correct film alignment, sealing, and wrapping consistency.
• Monitor product flow and clear minor jams or misfeeds.
• Inspect wrapped products for seal integrity and appearance.
• Maintain production and packaging records and follow safety procedures.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean to meet sanitation standards.
• Support production team to meet output targets.
