Job summary

Arcadia Beverage in Arden, NC, seeks a Batch Blending Operator to weigh and measure bulk ingredients into tanks for blending, following precise recipes and production schedules. You will balance ingredients like fruit concentrates, water, sweeteners, and flavorings, monitor times and temperatures on control panels, and ensure quality and safety per SOPs.

The role includes on-site training, joining a fast-paced team, and contributing to safe, clean production in a GMP-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Six months or more in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Reliable attendance; this is a small crew.
• Strong reading and writing skills in English and/or Spanish.
• Basic math and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing equipment per established procedures.
• Complete assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with mixing and staging ingredients, ensuring their accuracy.
• Ensure that mixing instructions are followed from the batch ticket accurately.
• Visually inspect the quality of each batch before sending samples to the lab.
