Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a night-shift production team member for the Syrup, Sauce, and Dressing Processing and Packaging Departments at our Saint Elmo, IL facility. You will monitor and operate production equipment, complete checks and documentation, and support safe, efficient production.

You will train on responsibilities, work overtime as needed, and collaborate with the team to maintain quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, complete accurate and legible documentation, and enter data into computer systems.
• One or more years of troubleshooting experience and mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company policies related to safety, quality, food safety, and productivity.
• Supply production lines with raw materials, cartons, bottles, ingredients, and other operating supplies.
• Perform equipment changeovers and monitor and operate machinery to support production goals.
• Complete all required checks, records, and production documentation accurately.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the Syrup, Sauce, and Dressing processing and packaging areas.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support a positive team environment.
• Assist with additional duties and special assignments as directed by the Team Leader.
• Operate a forklift and maintain forklift certification when required for the assigned position.
