Job summary

Golden State Foods in Penn Yan, NY is seeking energetic Production Associates to support beverage and dessert manufacturing. You will ensure products meet quality standards and help maintain line efficiency while following GMPs and safety practices.

Responsibilities include lifting and stacking, operating labelers and case packers, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. This full-time role requires a high school diploma and ability to work nights on a rotating 12-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Ability to follow written procedures and instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lift product from conveyors and place into appropriate containers.
• Operate labelers, ink‑jet printers, box erectors, and case packers.
• Stack finished cases on pallets and safely use pallet jacks.
• Perform manual cleaning duties and maintain good housekeeping throughout the facility.
• Support quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance standards, including GMPs.
• Assist with basic equipment operation and communicate issues to Leads or Supervisors.
• Accurately follow procedures and complete documentation as required.
• Contribute to a positive, flexible team environment and assist in other areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
