Job summary

Reservoir is seeking a Synch & Creative Coordinator based in Los Angeles to support its Synch and Creative teams. You will curate playlists, organize metadata for DISCO, and prepare materials for film, TV, and trailer opportunities, while ingesting audio for new signings.

You will provide administrative support to the LA and New York teams, create DISCO playlists for pitches, and assist with office operations and events in a fast-paced music environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong interest in music publishing and entertainment industries.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with music assets and metadata.
• Proficiency in Excel; DISCO or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Curate playlists and manage project samplers for film/TV opportunities.
• Format assets and prepare metadata for DISCO imports and deliveries.
• Ingest audio for new signings and maintain catalog metadata.
• Provide administrative support to LA and NY creative teams.
• Coordinate office operations and assist with events and receptions.
