Job summary

Primary Wave Music Publishing, LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a Creative Sync Coordinator / Audio Catalog Specialist to join the Sync department. Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in music publishing, licensing, or similar.
• Experience managing audio assets and metadata.
• Familiar with DISCO or similar platforms and e-blast tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of the audio catalog for ingestion into DISCO and archives.
• Liaise with artists, rights holders, and internal departments for materials.
• Assist with e-blast campaigns and curate playlists to support pitches.
• Maintain client/contact info and supervise interns.
