Job summary

ProBridge Services is seeking a Symitar Business Systems Analyst to support our Core Support Services practice. The role requires hands-on Symitar PowerOn development experience and ARCU reporting with SQL skills to support reporting, data analysis, extracts, and integrations across multiple credit union clients.

This is a hands-on, development-focused role that combines requirements analysis with technical execution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Symitar PowerOn development experience is required.
• 3-6 years of Symitar PowerOn development experience, including design, testing, and production support.
• Experience with ARCU (Advanced Reporting for Credit Unions) and SQL is required.
• Ability to independently design and deliver solutions within the Symitar platform.
• Experience in a credit union or financial services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement PowerOn programs and scripts within Symitar.
• Build and enhance functionality for lending, servicing, member service, teller processes, batch processing, and data extracts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; optimize existing solutions for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with credit union stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and support integrations using SymXchange and related APIs; support ARCU reporting datasets via SQL.
