The position emphasizes technical leadership, hands-on development, and strategic direction across PowerOn, APIs, and related technologies within a hybrid in-office and remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: 0-2 years leadership; 4+ years programming.
• Industry Experience: knowledge of computer, network, security systems; PowerOn, Java, JavaScript, VB; web services and formats.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the Symitar programming team.
• Analyze business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and develop programming staff; participate in performance reviews.
• Develop, maintain PowerOn programs and Symitar customizations.
• Collaborate with business partners, IT operations, and vendors.
