Job summary

Compri Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Symitar System Analyst for a 100% remote role on a direct-hire basis.

The successful candidate will participate on a small team supporting all aspects of Jack Henry Symitar (Episys), including design, development, configuration, testing, and implementation. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in information systems with extensive Symitar, PowerOn, PowerFrame Docs, SQL, OpCon, and Hyland OnBase experience, plus a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in information systems, core banking, or fintech with Jack Henry Symitar experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Symitar, PowerOn, PowerFrame Docs, SQL/ARCU and/or Databricks, OpCon, OnBase, EDS/SDS, integrations, automation, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of Jack Henry Symitar (Episys) including design, development, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Lead technical projects, upgrades, hotfixes, and mandates with vendor coordination.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting; mentor team members.

Job description

Our client in Concord, CA is seeking a 100% REMOTE Senior Symitar System Analyst for a direct hire position.

This person will participate on a small team responsible for supporting all aspects of Jack Henry Symitar (AKA Episys), including design, development, configuration, testing, and implementation.

Ideal candidates must have this following experience:

• - Symitar expertise.
• -PowerOn coding.
• -Experience writing PowerFrame Docs.
• -SQL.
• -OpCon.
• -Hyland OnBase.

EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION

• 7+ years of related information systems, core banking, or financial technology experience, including significant Jack Henry Symitar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated experience with Symitar, PowerOn, PowerFrame Docs, SQL/ARCU and/or Databricks, OpCon, OnBase, EDS/SDS, integrations, automation, production support, and troubleshooting.
• Certifications or formal training in Symitar/Jack Henry, Hyland OnBase, and Continuous OpCon required or preferred based on role needs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, upgrades, hotfixes, mandates, compliance-sensitive work, vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, team mentorship, and competing priorities.
