Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat is seeking a SWS Project Management Engineer I - Systems in Groton, CT. This role provides technical project management for the Strategic Weapons System during construction, test, and integration at the Groton shipyard.

The candidate will develop KPIs, apply statistical analysis, and coordinate with leadership and government stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of SWS/SWSS components and related integration activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline as listed.
• Experience reading system diagrams and engineering drawings.
• Willingness to travel for work.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical project management for the SWS program in Groton, CT.
• Develop KPIs to align resources with project goals.
• Apply statistical analysis to optimize construction and test sequences.
