Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical field service/warranty role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate warranty claims and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate status and progress to customers, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate planned maintenance work and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Maintain accurate records of claims, service orders, and communications.
• Identify root causes and opportunities for process improvement.
