Job summary

OneSource Distributors is seeking an Electrical Distribution Specialist to join our Fullerton, CA team. You will review drawings, prepare BOMs, manage quotes, and track project activity using Eclipse and DJC, supporting field and sales teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of electrical distribution experience or equivalent; we value accuracy, communication, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or university.
• 1-3 years' related Electrical Distribution experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret electrical drawings and specifications for new quotes and projects.
• Interface with various manufacturers’ software to build switchgear BOMs reflecting the scope of work.
• Prepare detailed submittal documents for customer review and production/shipment approvals.
• Maintain all work in Eclipse/Job Management and Save on SharePoint with complete accuracy.
• Support panelboard assembly and related services coordinated through PLS, including quotation support.
• Manage and track orders, quotes, and project activity through Eclipse, ensuring accurate status and milestones.
• Receive factory quotes and compile in DJC.
• Coordinate with sales to establish customer pricing.
