Job summary
OneSource Distributors in Fullerton, CA is seeking a detail‑oriented electrical distribution professional to support quotes, BOMs, and project coordination.
You will work with Eclipse, DJC and SharePoint to track orders, prepare submittals, and collaborate with sales to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 1–3 years' electrical distribution experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Review electrical drawings and specifications for quotes and projects.
- Build switchgear BOMs using manufacturer software reflecting scope.
- Prepare submittal documents for customer review and approval.
- Track work in Eclipse/Job Management and save on SharePoint.
- Coordinate with sales on customer pricing.
- Manage orders, quotes, and project activity through Eclipse.
- Receive factory quotes and compile in DJC.
- Support PLS through quotation, scope validation, and coordination.
- Identify add-on sales opportunities related to projects.
- Communicate project information to superiors.
- Provide ongoing support to sales and projects on switchgear and power distribution.
- Perform other duties contributing to service and profitability.
