Job summary

PowerSecure, a Southern Company subsidiary, seeks a Product Quality Team Lead to drive day-to-day Quality Control for Phase 1–3 of switchgear production. You will lead Level 1–Senior QC Technicians, allocate resources, and support product development and customer witness tests.

You will ensure compliance with NFPA, NEC, UL standards, monitor KPIs, maintain schedules, and coordinate with ERP workflows while fostering a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee Phase 1–3 quality control operations per schedule.
• Monitor labor efficiency and KPIs across teams.
• Provide training and ensure compliance with PowerSecure procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day QC operations for switchgear product lines.
