Job summary

PowerSecure, Inc. seeks a Product Quality Team Lead to direct the day-to-day Phase 1–3 Quality Control operations, ensuring equipment adheres to NEC/UL standards and approved designs.

You will lead Level 1, 2, and Senior QC Technicians and facilitate resources for development and customer witness tests. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with electrical schematics and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; NFPA70E compliance required (PowerSecure can provide if needed).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience inspecting or testing in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings/work instructions.
• Proficient with computer and database entry; basic math in all units.
• Excellent written and verbal English; US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase 1–3 Quality Control operations to ensure NEC/UL compliance with standards.
• Monitor budgeted utilization, labor efficiency, and technician KPIs.
• Provide training and feedback to technicians on a regular schedule.
• Ensure nonconformances are documented and shop orders completed in ERP.
